Very ethereal and dreamlike. The circle of lighter background behind her head looks like it could be a full moon or a halo, which leads me to two opposing interpretations: either she's a vampire or a succubus, or she's an angel or a saint. Or maybe she is a fallen angel, a dark angel.

wow! this shot turned into kinda exotic, enigmatic... seems to be taken from a long ago, like that early 90s, 80s and backwards!
Model indeed is just gorgeous! She seems a very witch that has the power to hypnotizes with this all wonderful look!
